My personal mission statement is: I help other people make a positive difference in their own lives. Throughout my career, I have strived to demonstrate self-awareness and authenticity, the keys to effective leadership, and to promote communication and transparency in all organizations with which I have been involved. I believe our personal and professional success is based upon our ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships.
After 32 years as Assistant Dean for Continuing Legal Education at Georgetown University Law Center, I am launching my own leadership coaching business, based upon my belief that effective leadership can make a significantly positive difference in all organizations.
As a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation, and a frequent presenter and mentor on leadership issues, I enjoy helping clients uncover their leadership potential and expand their leadership capabilities. One critical job of a leader is to grow other leaders, and I look forward to teaching clients to become “people farmers.”
